New experiments are private: only you can see them. You can share an experiment with specific people or teams, or make it public.

Share an experiment

  1. Open the experiment and click Private in the header. You can also click the visibility icon on its row in My Experiments.
  2. Under Email, domain, or team, enter one of:
    • an e-mail address, e.g. paul.benioff@example.com
    • a whole domain, e.g. *@example.com
    • a team name
  3. Choose Can view or Can edit, then click Add.
  4. Click Save.

Who can do what

To change or remove someone’s access, use the controls next to their name under People with access. Experiments shared with you appear on the Dashboard home under Shared with me. To work with their circuits and jobs from Python, see Experiment sharing.

Make an experiment public

A public experiment can be opened by anyone with its link, without signing in: they see everything on the page, comments included, but can’t change anything or comment. Signed-in users who open it can add comments. Public experiments are also listed under Public experiments on the Dashboard home. To publish: turn on Public access in the share dialog and click Save. The dialog then shows the experiment link with a copy button.
