A run on quantum hardware has two separate costs:
Need more credits? Open Pricing in the sidebar and send us a request. When your balance reaches zero, the Dashboard shows a link to the same form.
API key
Your API key is on the Dashboard home. If it may have leaked, rotate it there. The old key stops working at once and Haiqu Lab restarts.Haiqu Lab
If Haiqu Lab is enabled for your account, Haiqu Lab in the sidebar opens your hosted JupyterLab. The Lab Notebook button on an experiment opens the notebook that experiment was run from.Getting help

The experiment is private, wasn’t shared with the account you are signed in with, or was deleted. Ask the owner to share it with you, or to make it public.

Check that the SDK is logged in with the API key shown on your Dashboard home. Then check which experiment is active: everything you create after
