# Account & Credits

> Credits, Haiqu Lab, getting help and troubleshooting

## Credits

A run on quantum hardware has two separate costs:

| | Haiqu credits | QPU cost |
| - | - | - |
| **Pays for** | Classical compute Haiqu does for your job: transpilation, compression, error mitigation, post-processing | Running the circuits on the provider's hardware |
| **Measured as** | **CPU Time**, in hours | The provider's price per task and per shot |
| **Paid to** | Haiqu, from your credit balance | The hardware provider, through your provider account |
| **Where you see it** | **Available** / **Spent** on the [Dashboard home](/dashboard/home#compute-execution-summary); **CPU Time** per job | **Price** on [Devices](/dashboard/devices); **QPU Cost** per job ([Jobs](/dashboard/jobs#metrics-in-the-table)) |

Need more credits? Open **Pricing** in the sidebar and send us a request. When your balance reaches zero, the Dashboard shows a link to the same form.

## API key

Your API key is on the [Dashboard home](/dashboard/home#api-key). If it may have leaked, rotate it there. The old key stops working at once and Haiqu Lab restarts.

## Haiqu Lab

If Haiqu Lab is enabled for your account, **Haiqu Lab** in the sidebar opens your hosted JupyterLab. The **Lab Notebook** button on an experiment opens the notebook that experiment was run from.

## Getting help

* **Need help?** in the bottom-right corner of every page opens Slack support, or copies our support e-mail address.
* **Feedback** in the sidebar opens [feedback.haiqu.ai](https://feedback.haiqu.ai).

## Troubleshooting

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="“Access denied or not found” when opening a link">
    The experiment is private, wasn't shared with the account you are signed in with, or was deleted. Ask the owner to [share it](/dashboard/sharing) with you, or to make it public.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="My experiment or job doesn't appear">
    Check that the SDK is logged in with the API key shown on your Dashboard home. Then check which experiment is active: everything you create after `haiqu.init("name")` goes into that experiment.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="“You've used all your available credits”">
    Your credit balance is zero. To run more jobs, [request more credits](#credits).
